Never figured it out. I put the stock IAC back on and it sounds the same as the new one. Sometimes it makes a sound when turning off, sometimes it doesn't. With horrible restaurant sales, and only 20 hours of work a week, I’m way to broke at the moment to pay someone to look at it. I have a interview for a second job tomorrow in windshield chip repair in Frisco. I'm wondering if I just bought to cheap of a IAC. O’rylies only had a IAC for $100+ for L’s, autozone ranged from $50-$120. I bought a $56 dollar one, but it had a 2 yr warranty so I thought F it.

Ahh shitty. Hope you get it worked out eventually. If you need help with anything, you know where I live. I may not the most mechanically inclined but I can give it a shot some time.
