Tell ya what Doug. I still feel a little guilty for blaming you when I terminated my technician. Go ahead and tell your guy that it is my fault he is being fired.

By the way...any truck drivers tried to run you off the road yet? No real reason for asking...I was just wondering.

Very funny - No in this case Im just doing the backend stuff - I would never fire some one over the phone or email. Today or tomorrow Ill get a call and Ill have about 20 minutes to find an internet connection and disable a Windows Login account, Disable and Wipe a Blackberry and Disable access to a mail file. While Im doing that someone else will be having "the conversation" with them. Then later that day the automated termination will happen after the rest of the company knows.
