Parts custom Polished to a Mirror Finish and Clear Coated

[SIZE=2]Hello everyone,

Below are a couple before and after photos of Toyota Supra parts that were expedited with us and thought some of you might be interested in seeing how the Metal Polishing and Metal Coating Services came out. We put the extra time, materials, etc into every single part we do from the many sanding phases all the way down to our unique triple polishing phase and all this provides the parts to a Guaranteed Mirror Finish every single time!

The customer will have the Polished Parts and everything back on the car here sometime soon and he said that he would send photos over after completion. Once he sends photos I will post the final results mounted on the car. :)

that's amazing. pretty cool that you can grind stuff off of pieces and not tell they were ever there (like the stuff on the turbos). how long does it take to polish a piece like that.........alternator?

Ya it definitely takes a lot of time, materials and having the right process to make it happen.

An alternator would take about 8 hours or so to complete from start to finish excluding QC, shipping, etc, but that also doesn't mean the alternator will be done in one day either after arriving to our shop after shipment. We have about 25 or so orders going on at any given time and it is first come first serve unless you request the expedite option.

Nice work...do you charge by the piece or by the hour?

We charge by the piece and with larger projects we do give deeper discounts as it saves us time, materials, etc for "startup costs" of a project. We pass this savings onto the customer.

How much to polish a set of wheels...and then clear coat them?
also can you polish the plastic center caps?
the wheels are on my stock 94 cobra...

I have attached a picture. they are 17x8 stock factory cobra wheels.
