    With all the metal removed I have to wonder what the frame to slide fit will be like now....

    I didnt realize that Blued 92s were stainless underneath

    i just went with one of these

    They're not. And even the SS 92's have an aluminum frame.

    So the frame is anodized aluminum and what we see here is polished aluminum ?

    Frame is anodized aluminum. Barrel and slide are carbon steel here, and on your inox 92 they're SS.
