Emerson Climate Technologies Roof Ventilators Polished...Photos Inside

    Hello,

We finished polishing these Emerson Centrifugal Roof Ventilators a while back for Emerson Climate Technologies which is based out of Lenexa, KS. This expedite order was very crucial to Emerson as they were going to a show and needed these Polished and back ASAP and that is the service we provided for them.
I thought some of you may be interested in seeing how the Custom Metal Polishing and Buffing Services came out on this expedite project, so I attached a few photos below. They were just raw metal when we received them which had no shine to them at all.

We put the extra time, materials, etc into every single part we do from the many sanding phases all the way down to our unique triple polishing phase and all this provides the parts to a Guaranteed Mirror Finish every single time!

    Dana,

Trust me that was the first thing I was wondering too when they wanted us to do this project for them. I put it in the initial post, but the reason they wanted these polished and looking very nice is because they were taking them to a big show...I do not remember which one it was though.

That was the first thing I thought! A sense of humor is almost unheard of around here now-days.

    Excellent looking work, btw.
