Hey guys I'm trying to find myself a good 2002 - 2004 Lightning here in Texas for a good price. I prefer a dealership so I can trade in my Z06. Any of you guys know of any places?

There a few other posts in this forum on leads on them last week. One was 99/00 (prefer these years personally) and a newer one-both black

I know you probably don't want to hear this, but get ready to get bent over, even moreso if you plan on trading in the Z. We put our low mileage red/mod red '03 Z06 on the market last October - trade ins were coming in between 23K and 32K - blue book was at 38 or 39K i believe. We ended up selling it to an individual around May....took almost a frickin year to sell it and we still got bent over pretty badly. Anyhow, good luck!

Try svtperformance.com if that has not been mentioned.

That was a nice truck but I missed it. I had my dealership here trying to get it for me and I called park place yesterday and they said it was sold.

Maybe it's because my dealership got it for me who knows.

I'll be happy with just someone giving me the pay off amount. I just want to get out of it.

North Texas Nissan has a white one on the lot. Just off I35 as you are entering Denton.

Here's one. I think with 35K on the clock they'll need to come off that price a bit.

That white one at North Texas Nissan has been there like 6 months. When my friend went there a long time ago to buy a new car they had it sitting there. I wonder if something is wrong with it, or it is just priced too high

Very funny! :evil I can't go anywhere on TALON without getting a ration-of-sh!t. :D

Yep, 35k is very high for an '04, IMO. I just clicked over 36k on my '02.

I'm selling my truck I believe. '04 Sonic Blue with 30k miles, Hardtop/bedrug/alarm/stereo and the only mod is the open air filter. PM me for details if you're interested because I'm not really sure what I'm asking yet.

Why do you prefer the 99/00 model years? I have 2000 myself. I'm just curious. There's not a lot different about 'em. I like the 01/02 wheels the best and I like the later model lights.

I paid less for my '04 new, but I also had the benefit of Z-plan and a $1000 voucher :D
