My tenant gave notice he is moving at the end of the month, so our 1500sq ft 3/2 duplex is up for lease and will be available early October. It's located in Lewisville.

Thanks Dana! I like to think it's a nice place. I do worry about these guys, but everytime I put the sign in the lawn I get some inquiries from some very strange people! At least if I get someone from the board I can relate to those strange people. :evil
