i shoulda checked with yall earlier in the year, but my business has taken off this year. So far from Jan-May I have gained almost $12k in business from last year... and on track to sell $300k this year... not bad for 2nd year in business and a ONE MAN OPERATION... but there are times when I just cannot do it myself... Im prolly going to have to break down and hire someone next year, but i guess thats a good thing. But as of right now, i cant really hire someone FT 8-5 kinda work, but sometimes I get big orders and just need some help... wondering if anyone out there have pretty free schedules that could work a few hours once in a while... building trophies isnt hard work, just REAL time consuming... like this order Im working on now is only about 1,100 trophies, but they are the big 2-3ft trophies and I been working on them since Monday, working 5am - 8pm everyday and now its Thursday and Im only got 500 done.... uggghh, frustrating :hammer:

If you want instant labor that's cheap, you might talk to this place:

Rudimentory Espanol is helpful... and I think you have to give them a ride to the job site.
