They have know about the harness chaffing for a LONG time since 03. Dealers hate issuing recalls they prefer to only fix it as it breaks. The Govt has to force them to do the right thing:hammer: . The FICM harness chaffs on a valve cover bolt or such and shuts the fuel system down.
