Great sound. Really cool that the blower doesn't stifle the sound of the motor. :tu:

We will be running 1 3/4 long tubes through two cats and a Magnaflow DIDO with internal X pipe. You should be able to hear it coming! lol I think I have selected the pistons for it now with the help of Dennis. We will be running a -32 cc dish on 63 cc heads for about a 9 to 1 compression ratio!

That sounds wicked! I bumped the C/R on mine to 10.25:1 in an effort to refrain from slapping a huffer on her(just a whole 'nother Pandora's box for me, I'm afraid). That vid, however, makes me think twice.;)

Keep us updated on the progress of the 408/KB combo, it sounds like it's gonna be a tire frying monster.

I hope to be bringing mine home this weekend. I went with AFR 185's, Cam Motion custom roller(hydraulic), Extrude Honed lower, 14cc dish SRP Forged pistons, a balanced reciprocating assembly(351), Pickrel 1 5/8" Long Tubes, and an Art Carr converter. She won't hang with your bad boy, but she should crank out around 400 or so naturally aspirated horses, and surprise the hell outta some HEMI's!:tu:

Hey Rob, Congratulations on the progress on your truck. I saw it at Terry's and it is truley beautiful! I really like the Pickrel Long Tubes and my set should arrive at Performance Research this Friday. I got some info on the Black 95 KB truck. It is pretty much stock with a 351 but the exhaust is long tubes running through cats and nothing else! I ordered a quieter system. I really like the AFR heads but I am using a set of Dennis's Cobra R heads. I really like the 205 and 225 heads but they are a little pricey and I think I can reach my goal of 500 RWHP with out them. I am just trying to build a real fun street truck that I can race with my Son and Grandson! I will start working on the appearance of the truck next. I will be putting a Crevinis Ram Air hood on it and doing a little paint and body work!

This could be also used with fuel injection:eek:

If one were going to use a small block that is:rll:
