Also, I don't think 1.7 is the newest version anymore. I am about to buy one that is a 1.8 and *that's* not the newest one either.

go on ebay and check what they sold at in the completed section and you will get an idea what the market is....it is all about pricing most of the times...you get lucky once in a while with the newbies on ebay...

Enter the serial numebr on valentines site then post the results on your for sale or auctions. That will tell buyers what updates are available and what version you have.
