I have one that I was going to have terry put on but he ended up tuning the truck with the 95 on there. $75 takes it, I even have the stock intake as well if he needs that.

I am going to go check it tommorow and see what it is at. How long to does the battery need to be disconected for before I make a pull on the dyno?

Just a few minutes then start it and shut it off 2-3 times before you pull it.

Here is my dyno sheet from this afternoon. I got a good a/f reading but is the hp still low with the mods that I have. I know that I was running the cold tune but not sure how much more hp the warm tune has in it.

What are your mods ? The #'s seem low regardless, that's not much more than stock L #'s

Dayuumm...yeah, you're leaving quite a bit of power somewhere....have you ever had a compression/leakdown test done ?

When it was at RR a few weeks ago terry said there is a exhaust leak but not thinking that would rob me that much hp would it?

wesman

No, I wouldn't think so. You should be close to the ~400/500 mark.....you're missing 30 rwhp and over 60rwtq

He has a stall. I remeber bobby or someone telling me that a stall converter would make your dyno numbers off or some crap..

I don't think a stall is gonna cost me 30 hp maybee a few but not that much. Maybee terry will chime in and let us know.

Haha, you guys are funny! That is a fail safe just setup for checking A/F since he had such a whack 15.1:1+ problem with his PSP tune or whatever he had. How do you like your new A/F Tyson? Not bad for a first guess tune:twitch: . I can fatten up the middle there when I see you again. Now that we know the A/F is right I feel okay putting some power back in the tune. I pulled the power out of that tune until I knew what the setup was doing since you had such a large discrepancy with your previous PSP tunes I was worried there may be lurking issues. There is only 12deg timing on that A/F test tune:tu:
4:10's are going to eat about 10hp or more on a dyno. Vipers dyno well with their 2.xx rear ends:eek:

I can only :bows as you did such a sweet job getting the truck running again. The guys at the dyno shop were amazed how my truck ran today compared to the last times Ive been there. So soon as my new hrs. go in effect I will make a tirp out to get my tunes adjusted. Thanks for all the work you did to save the truck.

Well terry, it's good that you have have that info, unfortunately none of us did. We're going by the fact that he has a chip "which usually means a tuned chip" and a boat load of mods and he's coming up wayyyyyy lame on the dyno.

Calling them like I see them with the info given.

Back on topic,

There should be a stock 90mm MAF on my truck presently, unless Terry's pulling a Hennessey on me
