I have a bedrug for sale, it is not new but it is in great shape. All you will need to get is some new Velcro to install. I am not selling mine, this is an extra one I have.

how does this work if you dont have a tonneau cover? Is it water proof?

I know that it is waterproof, I havent seen anyone without a cover use them. When I wash mine, I hit it with the high pressure at the car wash and it dries right out. Its only a matter of time before you get a cover.:evil

I put three on each side, I installed a switch in the truck bed to turn them on and off.:tu:
