Cam bolt kit

I found a new Ford factory parts cam bolt kit for 99-up Lightnings. I bought them for my truck and never installed them. I think they were about 50 bucks for the set. I'll take $20 bucks for them.

Does this include the 4 bolts and 4 washers? If so, I'll take 'em.

Some people seem to think that you only need 2 bolts and 2 washers, i.e. one side only. I just wanted to verify that all 4 bolts and 4 washers were included. Do you prefer check or Paypal?
