A new silver Lightning in MY spot.

He(she?) wasn't there this morning. Security must have informed him that he was in MY spot.

I don't have any Talon cards. I checked the parking permit and it was a contractor. Hopefully, we'll cross paths sometime and I can introduce him to Talon.
