How's that ?... that camaro .jpg was what I was looking for anyway.

Here's one that'll bring a tear to your eye! :(

ON ANOTHER COMPLETELY UNRELATED NOTE, PER DANA "GRAMMAR NAZI" BOATMAN! :D

This a '00 L ... not a '02.:hammer: Sheist! :tu:

http://www.f150online.com/galleries/images/2536-3926-68887.jpg

My dad works with a "kid" back in Ardmore that totalled out his BRAND-NEW '02 L while hot-rodding for his buddy ... hadn't even made the first pmt. They rolled at least a coupla' times.

I saw it at the dealership afterward! :eek2:

Sure looks like poser-mobile. Standard F-150 badges and looks like standard F-150 stuff under the hood per the upper left pic.

Regarding the original post, I can't imagine the amount of stupidity it takes to take a car like that to a track that has a concrete wall even within 100 yards of a highspeed turn. http://www.fordvschevy.com/forum/images/smilies/dunce.gif

:hammer::hammer::hammer:

That was definitely an expensive day at the track. :eek2: A car like that would be put on a track if I didn't know how to drive it.

Dana,

If anyone wants to REREAD my exact post, I never said the "posted" .jpg was a '02 L ...

It's a '00.. I know that . Color-keyed mirrors for the '00s... black-plastic for the '99s. Totally redesigned wheels from 99/00 to the 01/02 line, also.

The '00L was the one I posted. The wrecked/rolled '02 L I saw I didn't post - just saw in person at Billingsley Ford in Ardmore w/out my Sony. The '02 L cab was beat-to-h#ll.:eek2: Grass/dirt/etc. shoved in between tire/rim and alot of the body panels.

English! It's really not that hard to comprehend! :D

Dennis,

It's hard to tell really about that wrecked '00 "L". The seats/exhaust pipes seem to be SVT. With all the front-end damage, the motor/SC might have been shoved down, etc and in shadow for this .jpg.

But, I don't see L foglights now that I take a closer look at it. The general shape of the front-fascia looks correct.

I dont want to start a flame war here Ronnie, but your post starts out with a line before the pic about a tear to your eye, then the pic, then you proceed to tell a story about how this 02 L got rolled. One would assume that the pic you posted is part of the same story(i.e. a story about the pic). Had you said, on another note or another story, then one would know that you are on to another different story. That is part of correct writing style, although I guess I should have expected the total disconnect given your earlier post in this thread, where you had posted the owned shot from MTV in a thread about driving instructions on a wrecked Lambo.. At least TRY to make your posts make sense, maybe re-read them yourself or have Lanie read them to she if she understands the tangential thoughts that you are trying to communicate...
Again, not trying to flame but just give some constructive criticism on writing style... and yes my ability to read and write english are on par with most senior level management professionals.

Cheers

Dana,

I've edited my post(s) to make my "disjointed" posts make more sense. Totally kiddin'... :D

You can't "assume" anything. You've heard the big caveat about assuming?:D
Just to make it clear.. 2 different Ls. :hammer:

I communicate with middle-mgt/project teams daily ... even "clueless" developers, as well. Often times, I have to get on a white-board to diagram, etc. the BIG-PICTURE and what's going on at work.

Just friendly L banter and discussion. Nothing more. No harm.

Take care Dana and tell Kim hello for us,

Ronald y Elaine

PS: Call me "RONNIE" again and we WILL have issues ! :flaming::D
