My fan kit which is a one off I built for myself is eating relays. I noticed it Friday when a bunch of smoke came out of the hood and the A/C quit:eek2:. I left my camera at the shop or I would post a pic of the melted carnage. My fan draws about 10-15 more amps than standard fans so I have ordered a HD Bosch relay capable of 75 amps:tu: I am also changing a few asthetics on her so be ready for something different:cool: As for performance I occassionally get on it for a quick run. I run a 4# for road racing duty it peaks around 10-11psi. I still have the break in tune on the chip it has 10.0a/f and a max of 4deg of timing. The best description I have heard from a passenger is that she runs like a 60deg day in 100deg heat:burnout:The midrange is rockin the cams come on around 3 grand and pull over 6K. I have driven a few customers trucks since and they are tame in comparison. I notice myself getting out of the gas more often as it gets me in trouble faster than before:hammer:

I am putting a nasty head/cam pkg on the Z06 this week and may need to drive that just to make sure it runs okay:evil

I think terrys truck would like to see you one last time before IT goes!Stan Martin has 500 race miles on his engine. He races the 180mph class in open road racing which are from 90-120 miles in length. If it blows I have a warranty or a grenade:roll
