Hey guys ... I checked on a couple of places for ya.

Here's what I've found out so far ...

Dave & Busters
They have a late night happy hour from 9-11 which is 50 % off of any liquor, 1.00 off of beer, 1.00 off of appetizers - certain ones like fried pickles, cheese, and wings. They have a board room area which will seat about 30-35 people. They charge around 40.00 per hour to rent any area or make any reservations at their restaurant. Otherwise you show up and it's first come first serve and good luck.

Don Pablos
On Greenville and 635 about 5 minutes from Belt Line Road. Tons of parking will be able to line all of the trucks up on a Thursday night pretty easily. They have a patio room holds 40 people that they normally charge for but won't charge us because they need the business. Talked to the General Manager and he's going to give us some discounts if the group will schedule a meet there. Here are the specials.

House Margaritas 2.99
Draft Beer: Bud, Bud Light, Miller Light, Coors Light
18 oz will be $1.75 or $1.80
22 oz will be $1.95

He also said we'll get all the chips and salsa we want and he'll even throw in free queso!

I'll keep checking into places. Called Don Pablos because I remembered they had kick @$$ drink prices at the one we used to go to in Ohio.

By the way I corrected the 12 ounce draft at 1.95 it's a 22 ounce draft for 1.95 ...

I resemble that remark!!! am absolutely spoiled on it.. but actually my outlaws, er, inlaws went to Don Pablos and left because the food was so bad there...
they love Uncle J's too...

I appreciate the time and effort you are putting into this project though.

What about Keller's? We did one there before. You actually sit, eat and drink on the trucks, and I if I remember correctly Terry was hitting on the beer wench last time.

If I remember we had a pretty decent turnout that time too, and the beer was pretty cheap.

Keller's was all right. Cheap/greasy food, cheap beer, hanging out by the trucks the whole time. It wasn't bad. Too bad the beer wench wasn't a little nicer to look at (she was OK in a Quasimodo/Igor sort of way).

I suggest Flying Saucer Arlington- I30/Collins
Good food, great beer selection, plenty of parking across the street, ability to watch the trucks while eating outside.

Cost would comparable to BD's unless you decide to start sampling fine imports from Belgium:beer::tu:
