He says differently but let's just wait and see ;) I used to hate losing 10ft in a race just because I had no chip and would lose 10ft on the 1-2 drop shift :( Now I better be in front of them because that rear end is coming loose on the 1-2 now! :tu:

Did you have your financing through some one else besides Ford? And what was the the finance % ??

Didn't bother with the extended warranty as I typically don't own vehicles long enough to use them. If the truck stays around until 35000 miles, then I'll wander in a pick up an extended warranty from a buddy of mine at fleet prices...

I had a 98 Taurus that is paid for that I put down, which was worth 5 grand. Ford doesn't do any special rates on SVT products which makes them useless to finance through. I went with Peoplefirst.com for 5.8% over 60.

They do lower interest on SVT's. Back when things were 0% L's were 2.9%. I am doing the same on my warranty if the truck is still on one piece or resembles a stock engine I will buy a warranty. I refinanced from 9.9% that I got last March to 5.9% with Texans Credit Union for 60. I asked how people afford more expensive cars w/o big down pymts. He said they make 800-1000$ a month pymts!:eek: Most buyers are only interested in the "monthly pymt" not looking at the screw job at the end of that road:nono:
