Red 2003 F-150 Lightning purchased 2/22/2003. Always garaged. Only driven weekends in sunny days and clear nights. Has never seen Wide-Open Throttle or rain. Only 1,200 miles.

Unexpected move coming up, so I would like to give this beautiful truck a nice home. It has no mods, scratches, or door dings. No accidents.

Less than X-Plan for a brand new Lightning!!! Owe $29,900. Will take $27,900. Will work out delivery options.

Feel free to call me at 214-906-1521.

Thanks, Terry.

I'm preparing to move to East Texas to live a little simpler life. Dallas has taken its toll on my sanity. :hammer:

I recently managed to work out a savings plan with my financial advisor that will also eliminate all my debt (college loan, Lightning, daily driver Escort) by the end of the year...a full three years early on the college loan...without changing my lifestyle or how much I am able to save. While I'm not in any kind of financial trouble, I am jumping at this opportunity. To make it work by the end of the year, however, I need to find a home for the truck. Yeah, it may seem a little excessive or unnecessary, but I know I can make it work this way.

Ahhh, the piney woods of ET. I hope to be heading out there myself in a few years.
If your gonna build a house, I know a home builder in Joaquin that does very good work.
Best of luck in your new adventure ........ :tu:

Somewhere between Henderson and Nacogdoches, probably. SFA...cool place, no doubt. I spent three summers there at band camp back in high school. I'm actually thinking about going back to college for music, and SFA would be the place. :tu:

Thanks for the well wishes. It'll be good to get back to those pine trees...and the color-changing vehicle (yellow to whatever) that goes with it during pollen season. No problem.

I was actually thinking about getting some land way outside town -- you know, the kind of place two or three cars going by in a day is considered a traffic jam -- and building a house. I'll e-mail you for the builder info.

Well, guys. I said goodbye to the Lightning night before last. I hardly knew the truck, but I miss it a good bit. Thanks, everyone, for the support. I hope Talon continues to grow as more and more Lightning owners in North Texas get together to celebrate these wonderful trucks. No, this isn't a riding-off-into-the-sunset-after-saying-goodbye kind of thing; I know Dana (dboat) hates that ;) . I'll be back when I can afford a next gen L. :burnout:
