I'm adding Buckingham and Greenville Ave. 4 of past 6 work days there has been an accident. People running red lights on Buckingham trying to get to the new tunnel under 75.
Today an Econoline van playing Richardson fire hydrant. He ran over the hydrant, broke it off, and water was shooting up through the engine compartment inside and running out the doors.

A fireman told me that they can't shoot water when they are run over. He said the top part is a housing for a valve stem that goes to the valve under ground. It is supposed to shear when hit.
