Well, I met Shannan in Longview today to get my heads. These pictures really don't do justice, because there was a lot of work done where a camera couldn't get to. Here are some pictures though so you can get the idea.

Aren't I special? :D

These are the new Modmax valves. I also have the HD modmax valve springs.

This is one of the intake ports. They are matched perfectly to my intake.

Shannan did change the cams at the last minute. He was not happy with the Erson cams at all. I won't say the new cam specs as of yet....

I was told that it is not necessary to polish the bottom and sides of the intake. There is no proven gains whatsoever. But the runners had a couple of edges that were shaved smooth and they were also polished. This should help with the velocity. The runners are where the restrictions start.

Here are a couple pics of the exhaust ports. These should match up well with the longtube headers that will be bolted up to them.

I know what you need to do while you have them off! Drill and tap or better yet weld a drain **** to the bottom of the intake so you can drain the oil out of it regularly... That tip is free and yes Sixer I said **** :D
Oh hell no I can't believe it edited out Kock, that is a farm animal, mechanical part... Someone fix that!

Hey Justin, On my heads, I went lumpless! Notice the lump by your spark plug holes, well this guy took mine off. I hope I don't need them for something important! lol

Here is a shot of my intake with the sun shining through. The valves are installed in the cylinder on the left.

that lump in the dome will drop your compression ratio which is not a bad thing if you are using a blower. :p

I think being lumpless will drop my compression a little which is an especially good thing in my case since I am 9:1!
Here is a list of my Head parts so far. I bought HP Ferrea stainless oversize valves, I fixed the spark plug holes by installing 8 Time Inserts (never heard of these before). These things are pretty slick and I have almost twice the threads of a stock head and they are steel! I ordered new Ford rockers and High performance valve springs. I haven't paid the bill on the springs, so I don't know the brand yet.

I don't think going "lumpless" would hurt anything as long as the spark plugs go in the same depth as before. I do see where it would change the compression, but I think it would not be very much at all.(1-2 tenths of a point)

Sounds like your heads are going to be awesome. How much boost are you running? Intercooled? Have you thought about going ahead and rebuilding your motor with Manley rods and dished top pistons? Maybe even a stroker?;)

Justin, I am dealing on a forged short block right now and these heads will go on that block. It is a cast block from Ford that is torque bored and honed, the block is decked and electronically ballanced to 7500 rpm but I will shift at 6500. It has Probe Racing pistons, moly rings, and Eagle h-beam rods. The crank is a Forged Cobra race preped crank. Other than that it is pretty stock! lol I looked at going stroked but the little M 90 would have a hard time filling up 300 CI's at those rpms so I decided to keep the displacement small and wind the motor. I should get about 12 psi at 6500 rpm but will be overspeeding the red line on the blower a little. I will have to further upgrade the fuel system to keep it from leaning out at the top. If I get all this stuff working together, I should be easily at 400+ RWHP.

Hey, is it just me or does that third picture from the top look like it has a crack in on the right side of the intake port?

That Kenne Bell Autorotor wouldn't have any trouble filling up stroked holes... :D

You catch that article in Mustangs and Fast fords? 500rwhp and 600ft/lbs from an M90/Autorotor swap... I was impressed...

Hey Justin, watch out for Old Sixpipes. He is planting seeds that He hopes will sprout with the cool weather this fall. You have to really watch out for the Old Pootietangers!
By the way, my HP springs are Moto Max like yours!
