Really nice press-on 2# billet upper pulley by Martin Manufacturing in Largo, FL. $150. I'll bring it to next weeks meeting if anyone is interested. 10% discount for TALON members in good standing (whatever that means). :p

Is that the piece you had a pic of not long ago?

JoJo,

The press-on pulley looks similar to the stock configuration except it is billet aluminum and smaller. The one you are refering to is a two-piece made by the same company. I don't have any pictures of the press-on unit.

Do you think is it more prone to slip due to smaller dia? What is necessary to install?

Overall diameter is only 1/4" smaller so I doubt there will be any serious difference regarding slippage. The problem is not the installation, but rather the removal of the stock pulley. Some folks can get down right crazy with a drill motor. :p

It's like jewelry for your truck or something!
