Terry, is there a difference between 99-00 and 01-02 crank pullies? I bought a psp 4# for a 99 off ebay and it dosent fit my 01. the center hole is about 2mm too small on the new pulley. Whats the deal, I thought they were the same?

LOL, you bought a little education there:D The 99's are tighter due to a smaller center hub size. The pulleys are hub-centric so that diameter is important. Any machine shop could open it for you:tu: Or you could ream it out yourself but it would not be very accurate IMO. If you want a new one I will do you one for $175.

Thanks for the help. I am about 25% done boring it out with a carbide cutting bit on my dremel tool. I am using the router head so it is a perfectly straight cut. will the 3 bolts still line up okay? Thanks for the offer for another pulley. Will you give me any "core charge" for my '99 4# pulley?

Not if you are almost done boring it out:hammer: The holes should line up just keep in rigging it;)

Just thought I would ask!:D My truck is out of commission and I have to go to work tommorow. I guess I will be pulling an all-nighter. There is no way I am putting that stock one back on. Ohh, and i have homework due too.
