Owners Manual for 2000 Lightning

Well, my brother has gone off and bought a 2000 Lightning. However, it doesnt have an owners manual and he would like one.

fantastic.. had about 56k miles on it.. did an even up trade for his 2003 Ford Supercrew with a 4.6L engine but had 103k miles on it.,. it was super clean though..
