Werner aluminum 24' ladder

I've got a nearly new, 24' extension ladder that I need to sell. It is just too big for my single story house. It is a type II (225 lb) capacity, aluminum, Werner ladder. They sell new for $167.00 @ Lowes; I'd like to get $90.00 out of it.
