John will those bad boys fit an 02? Most people use the factory grille as a 'frame' for the SS.

Get back at me.

Holy Crap, Laurence, did you get banned or something? Or are you just trying to help a bud become a post whore?

Alpine, myself, and TruBlu02 are all roomates. We occasionally share SN's and porn passwords. :)

To my understanding that if you wish to use the grill surround the '02 will not work. Apparently the thickness is increased over the '99-00 shell. I do know for a fact that several guys are throwing out the shell (grill) all together and slightly rolling the SS grill to allow the use of fasteners. One guy used white nylon nuts and bolts which you can obtain at Home Depot, Lowes in the specialty fastener parts bins. I have seen black nylon fasteners as well. You would have no problems with galvanizing of the fasteners to the SS grill with the use of nylon. One guy used nylon spacers to make up the void of the surround. jw
