only mods are 4lb lower, tune from terry, and catback exhaust. next im thinkin i wanna go with cold air intake and throttle body. what do you guys suggest as far as brands for the two??????

The TB is a waste of money IMO unless you want a bling factor or have all other mods.

As far as the CAI its a personal choice on looks and design- there's a lot to choose from. I don't think there is a huge functional difference between the various types- open filter, partially closed box....

The factory air intake flows more than plenty for the power you are making. The only benefit you would see is the blower would be louder. A lot of the kits just allow you to pull in hot engine air thus decreasing your performance.

If you do get one, I would suggest something with a scoop to try to get some of the cooler outside air. Some will disagree with me, but to each his own. I actually have the psp fastAir. It's not made anymore, but there are similar kits out there. I did it to make the blower louder.

+1.. Chip, cold air, pulley. Best bang for the buck.

Steve is right, I have a larger throttle body.. I do "feel" that at initial tip in there is a bit more power, so that feels cool at low rpms and low throttle, but I have also heard its worth about 10 hp, which you wont feel..

in regard to CAI, open element (HAI;)), etc.. I have an open element. This is a hotly debated topic but there have been those that have run the numbers and the air temp under your hood is the same as ambient air outside by the time you hit 30 mph on the worst days.. so IMHO, I dont think it really matters that much either way

Best bang for the buck is a twin screw blower (KB or Whipple). Ask anyone who has done it. Pay now, or pay latter.:d
