Going to a Power Glide and need to sale this. It is in perfect working condition with 0 issues. There is approx. 600 miles on the tranny and converter. If you were to call and buy this tranny and converter new you will spend right at $5,100.

I am letting this go for $3,900.

hey man, i got a buddy lookin for a trans for his L, ill let him know about this for ya, what year is this good for, since i have no idea about Ls his is an 03 im pretty sure. would this work for him.

Yes this will work for him. Its the best of the best if your looking for a 4R100 and converter. I cut 1.40 60fts on this combo.

I say run 20+ lbs on the stock block and see how she holds up :evil

This transmission is the way it should have come from the factory. Bullet proof to as much power as you wanna throw at it. The motor will go long before this tranny/convertor. But to answer your question it is very street friendly. Crisp firm shifts and you dont have to guess the slip your stock tranny will have in the tune. I hate letting it go but I need a transbrake.
