I have two of these and I only need one. Also, I dont drive fast anymore and never break the speed limit because that would be illegal.:tex Works perfect. Comes with an Invisicord so you can hook it up to your mirror.

$250.00 SOLD

Jeff,

I have a Valentine 1 that's hard wired. The sensors are in the grill area. The on-off switch is in the dash. It makes a high pitched noise when I turn it on, however I have yet to see it go off. Do you have any idea why it never trips?

I think you have M20/M40 blinders for lidar/laser, I have a set on the Lightning and Tahoe

When you turn on the ignition it akes a really loud shrieking sound and the indicator light goes from red to green. It only goes off if your getting hit by Lidar, not radar, so I also have a V1 for even mor protection

Should be 2 or 4 light bars, if so they are blinders and not a V1

Now that I think about it I believe you're right. It's just a jammer. It still hasn't gone off in months though. Can I adapt the V1 this existing unit?

That must be a Blinder setup you have, in addition to your V1.

I guess. I'm not really sure what I have at this point. All I know is it isn't working properly.

it may be working fine - Laser isnt that common and when it is you dont pick it up miles away like radar

Have you been lasered while driving?? It wont pick up radar, only Lidar. It probably is working fine, just havent gone through any speed traps while they were lasering, you will know when they go off, it well sound like WW3 going off in your truck

I was hit by a laser a few years back. My Escort went off and I'd never heard it make that sound before. Scared the crap out of me.

I've been lasered 2x while running the V1 and yes, it WILL get your attention.

By chance does anybody know if a detection device can be adapted to my jammer, or is it strictly a jammer?

Just in conjunction with the jammer, the V1 is a separate unit
