Took a rock in the windshield of my 04 supercrew this morning (new body style) and it's right in my line of sight. I don't think it's going to be repairable so I need to know how much a Windshield is going to cost me. My comp deductible is $500. I'll be driving with it cracked unless I can get one a whole bunch cheaper.

I'm in the HEB, MidCities area.

Thanks

Gary- there is a guy in Duncanville that Terry has used for many years. He will travel to you and replace.

I've done two windshields in the past few years with him. Think I paid about $125 or so.

Can't remember his name but check in the 'Talon recommends' section- it may be there.

Who's your insurance company? My company(USAA) pays for windshields with no deductible.

I just called Riley about my Mustang and he quoted me $175 for the OEM windshield (has a running pony in dot matrix). I'll probably have him do it as soon as the weather clears up. Thanks for the tip!

I am sure his prices had to go up a little. On the F250 the real Harley windshield from Ford was cheaper than the standard for whatever reason.... He usually did the $150 range for most fronts.

I remember he did my L for $120 around 2 years ago. But with gas prices like they are (and were) I'm sure cost of the product went up as well as his traveling expenses. Top quality, quick, and still cheap IMO. I'd recommend him.
