WTB- newer headlights and corners

Set of the newer headlights and corners, i understand these will fit the 99's right?

All years fit. There is a guy selling Chinese copies on ebay for 130 shipped. I am supposed to install a set next week. I'll let you know how they look. The OEMs are 320 shipped on eBay.

I've got a set of 01+ , replaced them with the HID's (mines a '00)

What's a fair price for them? I'm only talking headlights of course. I bought them new, they have maybe 3-4k miles on them if there is such a thing on headlights.
