I was sittin here watchin the All Star Challenge, and was looking at old posts. Started finding old posts that made me laugh, or ones I though would be cool for the new members to check out (Talon Fall Classics, Photo Shoots, etc..)

Am I in the minority here, or does anyone think this is a good idea? Not every little post, but the big ones that have history and good times involved.

Yes I agree with you. I would like to nominate the late night drunken exchanges between Bobby and Terry way back when.

Oh yea and the one where Ronald was posting a picture of his computer and accidentally showing us his big bottle of lotion.

And the wisdom that is posting when drinking the CR.....

Maybe some of the old WWFB pics, when installing the very first ones of FTVBs, 6lb lowers, Roush suspensions, and Metco lowers?

A new forum is easy

Who is going to moderate it ?

I figured it would just be a place that we could place historical threads (and lock them). I can moderate if needed. Just a matter of finding old threads and linking them to the specific forum...

I say let old threads lay dormant. That is what the search button is for:tex

Some one has to decide which are worthy and then make it happen

They can be either moved copied or linked

here is screen shot of Moderator options

I would like to suggest a new forum too.. how about a product review forum? I will be glad to post up my views on EBC brake pads vs Hawk Pads..

I am sure we have all used products that we liked or worked and those that are not liked and junked.. just ask Rocks about those plasma things.. I still remember him using them at dyno day many a year ago..

I guess so, but we tended to use that for local services moreso than reviewing of parts, etc.. I am game if we think it will be used that way or is it just my small mindedness getting in the way?

While we are making new forums, maybe we could set up a "stupid focking posts" forum. To keep from offending people, we could just call it the "Tex" forum.:throw:...............:D.

This will be entertaining...

There was that thread I started a while back about the F-150 that landed on the Ferrari in the garage. That one was a doozie for Doug's server-load traffic. :evil

After the last two posts, I thought we wanted a Historical forum, not a Hysterical forum...
