Donnie is up at http://www.elite-diesel.com/ outside of Pueblo Colorado. His new 2006 F250 developed a puking problem after hauling my trailer through the mountains of Colorado last year. He is getting an expensive education from the owner himself. They pulled the heads and sent them to a machine shop. The machinist said the surfaces were 7 thousandths out! They are also installing an EGR deleting Y-pipe. In 2005-up Y-pipes they added a scoop in the pipe to cram more exhaust gasses into the EGR cooler. My truck has been puking a little the last month or two I am not sure how to go about it:tex . I am sure Donnie will post pics and share his experience with us:) .

That up pipe scoop is nasty. The 03 and 04's don't have them. For some reason Ford decided the 05 and 06s needed it. The machinist said the heads were 7 to 10 thousandths out. I've got a bunch if pics, they are large and I don't know how to post them. I'll get them to Terry, maybe I can talk him into posting them for me. I still want to be able to tow with the truck, so I had stage 2 injectors installed. As soon as he has them ready, compounds will be put on. Right now I have enough fuel to smoke out the highway.

Just resize them to 1024 or such so them don't clog the server.

Donnie stopped by today. We swapped his 35psi boost gauge for a 60# gauge so he can see it. Here is a little clip of take off.
