It depends on the lower blower pulley diameter as There should be a chart on KB's website. Try this http://www.kennebell.net/techinfo/ford-techinfo/Lightning54only/pulleyboostguide.pdf

one is 2-5/8 and the other is 3-1/4...i beleive the 3-1/4 is the same that is on it running 8 psi

Yeah that is a gen 2 form, just divide all the HP numbers by half for gen 1 trucks:D

I think those are 6# (3-1/4) and 8# (2-5/8) pullies. That is assuming you don't have a snout and double crank pulley set up.

Never heard of a Kenne Bell set up for a Gen I with that much hp especially with only 8#s of boost. Got any pics?

I remember that truck! It was beautiful and the Guy had a ton of money in it! You could not come close to building it for what he was asking. I am really glad that it is a Texas Truck now. There are a lot of good Gen 1's here at Talon. I do agree that that seems like a big number from a Gen 1 Kenne Bell set up. Is it being sprayed?:nana2

no spray. k.b site shows aprox...1psi gain for each 1/8 in pully...if im running 8 psi on the 3 1/4 pully would that make the 2 5/8 14 psi or am i thinking wrong?
as far as h.p. im going of the old owners info. i need to get to a dyno to make shure..any reasonable $$ dyno spots???

It looks to have a 408 and some TFS heads on it too, so I'm sure that helps the power numbers a bit.

Just searched for it over on NLOC. Truck looks GREAT!

I remember that truck too. Looked like a heck of a deal for what it had in it.
Hopefully you can make it to our Fall Classic Joe on Dec 3rd to make some passes:tu:

ok guys, finally got through to k.b. today and they said the smaller pulley should make12.9 psi. just got one more stupid question..does anyone know if the bolt holding the pully on is right or left handed thread?
