Liscense plate spray for red light cameras

Anyone tried this spray you coat your license plate with,and it distorts the cameras image when you run a red light and etc.Not that i run red lights.:D http://www.speedlabs.com/ Pic is about near bottom of page.

I saw it being sold at a car show once..

I saw this on the deal-or-dud part of the news a few months ago. I don't think it came out too good for this product.
