Martin Mfg. pullies for Eaton blower. There are three billet pullies in the set (2.78", 2.86", and 2.95") and they use the stainless press-on "acorn" pictured above. Nice bling factor. $150

How much Extra boost is each of those pulleys worth? Can they be installed without removing the blower?

The smallest is equivalent to approximately a 2#er. Larger = less boost, but only by about 1/2# each. The stainless acorn you see in the picture presses on the stock Eaton shaft. The pulley is secured by a screw in the end of the shaft and the three pins on the acorn fit into the back of the pulley. I'll see if I can get you a picture or two.

Kind of like this...
