I Need Y'alls Advice , I Have A 02 L. Do I Need A Oil Separator ?
I Have Read Pros & Cons About This .your Advice Will Be

I would use some recovery system. Otherwise it ends up in the intercooler and puddles in the lower intake. Then when you jump on it the boost blows it into the cyliders where it raises temps and can cause detonation.

Do a search here on "oil separators", and you'll find a very involved thread where we discuss what's best. Jason (silver2000svt) posted some diagrams of potential workable separator setups; and I posted a thread on the one I put in my truck. They're not hard to do, and they do help collect the oil that's runnign around in the system. I also stuff steel wool in the lines just above the valve covers, to help filter the oil mist out, and that does help alot.
